JNM Wellness is a teaching clinic that supports the next generation of mental health professionals through supervised, hands-on training. As part of this commitment, we offer reduced-fee and limited pro bono sessions with intern therapists.

If you don’t have insurance coverage or are navigating financial barriers, working with an intern can be a supportive and accessible way to get the help you need.

Couples Therapy
There is no "wrong" time to seek couples therapy. Whether you're in a new relationship or have been a partnership for decades, couples therapy can help you tune up on your communication skills, gain a deeper understanding of each other, and strengthen your connection as partners.

Outdoor Therapy
Research has shown that being in nature can offer many benefits to our psychological well-being. Exercise can have the same effect with the added physical health benefits. Outdoor sessions are available year round and can be tailored to fit your unique circumstances and abilities.

Therapy is a powerful tool that can help you to develop better self-awareness, improve your mood and well-being, process events from your past, cope with stress and anxiety, free yourself from problematic behaviour, and gain an overall sense of control in your life.
